Concept & Design Development

We work closely with you and all key stakeholders—builders, consultants and specialists—to refine the design and deliver the best possible outcome for your brief.
Permits & Approvals
With the design finalised, we manage the transition into the planning and building permit phase. We coordinate all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with local council regulations. We also work closely with engineers and energy consultants to confirm your home meets building code standards and complies with energy efficiency standards. We secure all necessary approvals—planning permits, building permits and any specialist reports—so your project is ready for the building site.
